Having no hot water when your fiancée is expecting is definitely not how you want to start the week. Thankfully, Alex from Charlotte Plumbing came to the rescue. He quickly replaced our water heater without a single hiccup and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Alex was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was installed perfectly and cleaned up before he left. It’s rare to find someone who takes that much pride in their work. We’re incredibly grateful to have hot water again, and my fiancée especially appreciates how quickly everything was taken care of. If you’re looking for a reliable plumber who truly cares about the quality of his work, I highly recommend asking for Alex. Thank you again, Alex, and thank you Charlotte Plumbing for the outstanding service!

Alex did an outstanding job locating and repairing our leak. We initially thought the shower was the source, but he quickly determined it was actually the toilet. He took the time to thoroughly investigate the issue, explained what he found, and completed the repair efficiently. We truly appreciate his professionalism, patience, and attention to detail. Thank you, Alex, for a job well done!

Richard was a pleasure to work with and kept me informed all the way through the process. My tub faucet had been leaking for weeks and my rental company’s maintenance could not fix it but lo and behold Richard took one look, got his needed materials from his van, and got to work. He took less than a hour and did not leave a mess. From the Lady with the 2 rambunctious boys.. THANK YOU AGAIN Richard!

Alex was an absolute rockstar. With less than 24 hours of submitting the ticket, Alex responded and was very eager to help. He took his time to review all potential issues and was able to show me the source of our leak and helped remedy the solution immediately. Alex was attentive, thoughtful and very patient, and he was a pleasure to work with. 5/5 stars is not enough to properly show what a great worker he is
