I hate leaving negative reviews, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing. I had a very simple style done—just French braids—and my hair was already coming loose and falling out before I even arrived at the event I had them done for. I expected the style to hold up much longer, especially considering how simple it was. When I brought up the loose pieces during the appointment, the solution was simply to tuck them in and use hairspray rather than redoing or properly securing the braids. Unfortunately, that did not resolve the issue, and I was left having to fix my hair myself after only about an hour. While the stylist was pleasant, the end result did not meet my expectations, especially for a style that should have at least lasted throughout the event.

I had such an amazing experience with The M Factor Style Company! From the moment I arrived, the ladies were so warm, welcoming, and professional. They did an absolutely beautiful job on both my makeup and hair, and I couldn’t have been happier with how everything turned out! Not only are they incredibly talented at what they do, but they are also genuinely kind and pleasant. They made me feel comfortable, beautiful, and confident, which meant so much to me, especially for such an important occasion. I highly recommend The M Factor Style Company to anyone looking for professional hair and makeup services. The talent, attention to detail, and customer service were all exceptional. I would definitely use them again!

I reached out to Melly 2 weeks before my big day as my go to hair stylist was unavailable to style the bridal party. Melly was so kind and reassured me that she would gladly assist with getting the girls right and man, she did not disappoint! There were 10 of us in total and she didn't miss a beat, every one of us was stunning! Not only were we ceremony ready but she kept us looking picture perfect pretty much all night. I don't know how I was so blessed to find such a gem, but I am truly grateful I did. I will absolutely use her services again and would highly recommend her to everyone!!

We had the pleasure of having Melly style our hair for an April 19th wedding in Charlotte, and she was absolutely amazing! She curled each of our hairstyles to perfection and stayed around during photos to touch us up, which we really appreciated. Her attention to detail was top-notch, and she made the whole process smooth. On top of her talent, she’s such a kind and lovely person to be around. Highly recommend her for any special occasion.
