Well, we hired this company to pack and load our move and I drove the U-Haul truck 300 miles and as you see things did break and the TV box was just cobbled together. I expected some damage. They had 1 experienced person and 3 new people doing the work. They loaded the freezer on end anno pads on the floor where they set it hence the scratches. The issue I have is replies take for ever and they don’t compensate for damage even though they packed and loaded, if they don’t deliver. So my recommendation is don’t ever use them as they have inexperienced help and especially if you are taking the truck yourself. Dylan with claims is very reluctant to deal with any damage and really read their damage disclosure. It is very limited in what they will pay. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I would actually give them a 0 star. Maybe North Carolina is better. Fargo , ND not so much

Cannot recommend Midwest Movers enough! We recently completed a cross country move and they were excellent to work with! Quick to respond any questions we had and communicate the timing for everything. Made everything less stressful on purpose side!

Wow wow wow — these were the best movers! The crew worked incredibly hard, carefully wrapping every piece of furniture and making sure everything was protected. They handled the move from our old house to the new one smoothly and efficiently. Not once did they complain — they were courteous, professional, and clearly very experienced. They were also extremely fit and had no trouble managing our large, heavy pieces. The whole team worked at a very fast pace while still being careful with our belongings. I couldn’t be more impressed and would absolutely recommend them to anyone planning a move!

Midwest Moving was absolutely wonderful to work with today. Dante, Will and JD were professional, efficient and extremely organized from start to finish. They arrived on time with the truck, stayed within the designated time window, and handled everything with care. They assembled both beds quickly and correctly and made the entire moving process feel smooth and stress-free. Their communication, teamwork and positive attitude really stood out. I truly appreciated how respectful they were of my time and belongings. I would absolutely recommend this team to anyone looking for reliable and professional movers!
