Their faulty Gas Control Valve (model WV8840A1051) died 7 months after the warranty expired on my hot water tank. Bradford White refused to extend the warranty to cover it. My "luxury" model hot water tank lasted no longer than a box store brand. Do not recommend.

They make great thermostats and their building downtown is nice. Is they could send me free thermostat would be appreciated!
They are selling defective products and do not care of the costs to consumers. Many poor reviews on the dishwasher. All having same issue. They don’t correct the issue yet they still sell it to take advantage of consumers. They replaced ours with another that had the same exact issues. We spent over $500 on installation of a products they are well aware were defective. They did nothing to reimburse for any of it and skirted accountability. We Will never purchase anything Honeywell again. Awful experience.
Had an appointment, got a text the tech is on the way, never showed. I called and found out that they canceled my appointment because of weather. No one called to tell me they canceled my appointment. If I had the option to use a different company I would. That’s unprofessional and I would not recommend.
Worst company ever! I'm trying to pay you, and you can't even answer the phone, transfer me properly to AR, or even answer your emails. IT"S BEEN 3 WEEKS! How are you even in business??!?!?! I don't care if the company I work for does business with you. After this SHT I'm not buying anything anymore from you.
