Bought $6,000 worth of appliances from Lowe’s, and the delivery date keeps getting automatically pushed every week without checking my availability or schedule. When I contacted customer service, I was told that “AI is doing that.” AI is supposed to improve customer experience, not make it worse. Constantly changing delivery dates without customer consent is extremely frustrating, especially for major purchases. Poor coordination, poor communication, and disappointing use of technology. Worst customer service experience.

Not finish yet working on parking garage as we speak pretty easy job pretty easy job of course there's always an issue but it's a very nice building
Really COOL! Inspired by their commitment to Veteran and Military Spouse hiring efforts.
The building is not safe. There are major issues with the elevators, and the management clearly doesn't care about human safety. The parking gates always malfunctions, moreover the maintenance team has a very lethargic take on addressing those issues. Recently there has been reporting of vandalism in the parking lot.
I have to say Lowe's Tech Employees work really hard. All the lights are on even on Saturday night.
